Merickel Lumber offers material only and estimated package pricing (including labor, concrete, and material) on both pole-framed and stud frame steel storage buildings of all sizes. We can recommend professional independent contractors to construct your building on-site. The main difference between our material packages and that of our competitors is that our base pricing includes features that are considered add-ons elsewhere. Our packages come standard with insulated windows and doors, all prefinished exterior, a ventilated soffit & ridgecap, 4' on center trusses, overhangs, and a true 29-gauge steel panel exterior with a 45-year paint warranty.
